  1. Abbreviated terms: Internet access required. Activity will occur between 15 May 2021 and 24 June 2021, and in this period, both local and global winners will be announced.  Upload your original video, which complies with the instructions herein indicated. There will be 1 overall winner selected out of 4 local winners.

  2. Full terms and Conditions: The following terms and conditions apply to the “Shot ring Competition” (hereinafter the Competition). By entering this Competition, you accept, agree to, and adhere to these terms and conditions. Please keep a copy for your information.
  3. Promoter: PERNOD RICARD MÉXICO, S.A. DE C.V (PRM)., a Mexican company duly incorporated by the laws of Mexico which corporate domicile is at Rio Tiber 29, Cuauhtémoc, 06500, Mexico, City, hereinafter referred to as the Promoter.
  4. Eligibility: The Competition is open to residents over legal drinking age in Turkey, Colombia, South Africa and Ukraine (Here after referred as the Participant Countries), excluding employees of the Pernod Ricard group, their immediate families (spouse, father, son, brother, grandfather and / or “adoptive” family) and employees of any agency or any third party directly associated with the dissemination and execution of the Competition;
  5. Internet access is required to enter.
  6. No need to make a purchase.
  7. Registration period: the Competition opens on 15 May 2021. Registration and content uploading must be done by 1  June 2021.

 

  1. How to enter the Competition:
  2. Visit olmecatequila.com/shotring (hereinafter the Platform) follow the instructions provided and upload your video (hereinafter the Content) and provide your name, country of residence and email address in the online form.
  3. Eligible Entries: In order for your Content to be eligible for the Competition, your video must contain:
    1. An Original cocktail recipe (the “Recipes” or individually the “Recipe”) which may be:
      1. Simple (ingredients you can choose in high energy bars or night clubs)
      2. Low ABV recipe with any sku of Olmeca tequila included
  • Recipe shown at the end of the video
  1. Back bar must represent Olmeca identity, and contain bottle visibility
  1. Show at least two (2) people preparing the Recipe in the video. (The Participants)
  2. Do not violate the Content restrictions presented below.
  3. Do not violate the property restrictions listed below.

 

  1. Content restrictions. Contents that in the sole judgment of the Promoter violate any of the following restrictions will not be accepted:
  2. Entries with sexually explicit or suggestive content (for example, nudity or pornography).
  3. Entries with content that promote activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous.
  4. Entries with content that promote, advocate, suggest, endorse, or humorously treat excessive, irresponsible or underage drinking.
  5. Entries that present violent, derogatory, profane, vulgar, indecent, racist, or cruel content, including, but not limited to, words or symbols that may be considered offensive to individuals of any race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group;
  6. Entries with content that represents the Promoter or the Promoter’s product brands, which in any way may give rise to public contempt, scandal, discredit or ridicule or that defame, misrepresent or contain derogatory comments about the Promoter, their brands or other people or companies ;
  7. Entries that communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and / or the good reputation associated with the Promoter; or
  8. Entries with content that violates any applicable law or regulation regarding the marketing of alcoholic beverages (for example, the DISCUS Code of Responsible Practice and / or the EFRD Code http://spirits.eu/files/96/marketing-guidelines -spiritseurope.pdf)

 

  1. Property restrictions. Any Content entered must be your own and original work and may not contain, incorporate or refer to anything that is owned by a third party or entity or that requires the consent and / or authorization of any third party or entity in any jurisdiction. This includes:
  2. Trademarks, logos, or trade images (such as apparel, distinctive packaging, or exterior / interior of buildings) owned by third parties;
  3. Any personal identification;
  4. Copyrighted material owned by third parties (including songs, photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images posted on websites, television, movies, and other media);
  5. Materials that involve names, likenesses, voices or other indications that identify any person, including without limitation celebrities or public figures, living or dead;
  6. Any other intellectual property right.

 

  1. Participants:
  2. All Participants must be of legal drinking age or older (and if requested you must be able to provide proof of this)
  3. Participants shall subscribe maximum one Content to enter the Competition. If you enter more than one Content, only the first will be accepted and all the others will be disqualified. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

 

  1. Contents entered must not have been previously presented in any promotion of any kind, nor exhibited or displayed publicly through any medium.

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and at its absolute discretion, to:
  2. Verify the eligibility of any Participant or Content uploaded (including their age, place of residence and originality of the Content);
  3. Disqualify any participant who is abusing or manipulating the operation of the Competition or who enters using fraudulent means, or who the Promoter considers having breached these terms and conditions;
  4. Disqualify Content from people who provide creative services to companies that are under the jurisdiction of the Promoter; or
  5. Disqualify Participants who do not provide their correct contact details or those who make their registration on behalf of another person.

 

  1. Winner Selection

 

  1. Local Winner Selection: The Eligible Entry among each Participant Country that receives more votes through the Platform between the 1st and 8th of June 2021 will be selected as the Local Winner in each Participant Country.
    1. Local Winner must provide proof of age, country of residence and ownership of the Eligible Entry.
    2. The Local Winners will be published in the Platform on June 9th 2021.

 

  1. Global Winner Selection: The 4 Local Winners will compete among them as follows:
    1. The 4 Local Winners Entries will be posted in the Platform between the 10th and 15th of June 2021, during this period, simultaneously in the Platform, two (2) Local Winning Entries will face each other and the two (2) Local Wining Entries that receive more votes in each competition will be selected as the semifinalist.
    2. The Semifinalist will be published in the Platform on June 16th 2021
    3. The Semifinalist Entries will be posted in the Platform between the 16th and 23th of June 2021, during this period the Semifinalist Entries will face each other and the Semifinal Entry that receive more votes will be selected as the Global Winner.
    4. The Global Winner will be announced on June 24th 2021

 

  1. Global Winner Claim: The Global Winner has 5 days after notification to accept the prize. If the Global Winner does not accept the prize within this time period, the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be awarded to the other semifinalist.

 

  1. Voting process: People in any can subscribe and vote (The Voters) through the Platform for the Eligible Entry of is preference in each stage of the Competition.

Intellectual Property : License of intellectual property rights in the registered Contents: by entering the Competition, each participant grants the Promoter a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify , adapt, publish or display (in whole or in part) any intellectual property right of the Content entered in the Competition, without the payment of royalties or other compensation, as part of the marketing or promotion of the Competition (including registration in the Competition website) on all known or unknown communication channels. This license will include the right to create derivative works of the entered Content and the right, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, to add additional logos, slogans and / or the Promoter’s intellectual property to the artwork entered in the Competition. Each Participant agrees not to assert any moral rights in relation to the use indicated above and warrants that they have full authority to grant such rights. If Content is included on the Competition website or used as part of the marketing or promotion of the Competition, it will be appropriately attributed to the entrant to the extent possible.

Entrants shall indemnify and hold the Promotor and the Pernod Ricard Group´s companies harmless from any and all claims, demands, causes of action and judgments (including attorney’s fees, court costs and expert’s fees) arising out of or relating to any breach by Entrants of these Official Rules, including any representations and warranties made herein.
  12. By entering this Contest, Entrants agree to sign and deliver to the Promotor and the Pernod Ricard Group´s companies upon its request any document necessary to enforce these Official Rules. Failure of Entrants to comply shall result in the immediate disqualification of the Entrants in the Contest.
  13. By accepting the Prize, the Winner of the Contest agrees that the Promotor and the Pernod Ricard Group´s companies shall not be liable for any loss or injury resulting from participation in the Contest, acceptance or use of any prize, or any travel related thereto.

If for any reason the Contest is not able to be run as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes technical or not which corrupt, prevent or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, the Promotor and the Pernod Ricard Group´s companies reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any indemnification, to cancel, modify, postpone, extend or shorten the Contest in full or in part.   6. The Promotor and the Pernod Ricard Group´s companies are not responsible: (i) for any errors or any inaccurate or incorrect data related to the Contest and (ii) for any use of the Recipes and Entrants’ Personal Information on any other support than the Platform.

Use of any support other than the Platform is at user’s own risk. the Promotor and the Pernod Ricard Group´s companies are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be borne by user’s or any other person’s computer equipment resulting from participation in the Contest or the download of any information from any support other than the Platform.
  8. Promotor and the Pernod Ricard Group´s companies is not responsible for any attempt by any Entrants or other individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, which may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.   10. This Contest is governed by the laws of MĂ©xico. By entering, Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Mexican courts located in Mexico City for the resolution of any disputes.

1. What Personal Data do we gather about you and how do we collect it? Personal Data is collected only for the purposes set out in Section 3 below and each time you participate in any of the features or services offered by our Digital Media.
